Privacy Policy

PRE SZN ("we", "our", "us") is a fitness training application developed by PRE SZN Pty Ltd. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the PRE SZN mobile application and website (pre-szn.com).

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (securely hashed). You may also provide optional profile information such as training experience, goals, and preferences.

Health & Fitness Data

With your explicit permission, PRE SZN accesses data from Apple HealthKit, including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep analysis, and workout data. This data is used solely to provide personalised training recommendations, readiness scores, and recovery analytics within the app.

Training Data

We collect data you input during workouts, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, RPE ratings, and session duration. This data powers your training history, personal records, and AI coaching.

Device & Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve app performance. This does not include personally identifiable information.

PRE SZN complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. Health data accessed through HealthKit is:

• Never sold to third parties
• Never used for advertising or marketing purposes
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Used exclusively to provide health and fitness features within the app
• Stored securely on your device and in your private account

Your account and training data are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled via industry-standard protocols. Health data from HealthKit is processed on-device where possible and stored in your private, authenticated account.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., social competition features)
• With service providers who assist in operating the app (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality agreements
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings
• Export your training data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

PRE SZN is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of PRE SZN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
